Two loft apartments in Thessaloniki city centre that are being converted from commercial to residential use.

The apartments

The two lofts, about 70 m² each, are designed on two levels: a double-height living room, open-plan kitchen, dining area and bathroom on the lower level, and a bedroom on the mezzanine behind a glass balustrade. Highlights include an open steel-and-oak staircase, track and indirect lighting, and a timber slat feature wall. Status and delivery

The lofts are currently under renovation; the completion date is available on request, as are floor plans and further details.

Golden Visa

Under the commercial-to-residential conversion route, each loft qualifies for the Golden Visa at €250,000; in Thessaloniki the standard threshold for residential property is €800,000 for at least 120 m². As the conversion is still in progress, confirm the application timing and eligibility with your independent lawyer.
